This comes free with the Macbook i purchased.. it is good..

I absolutely hate popups/dialogue boxes from my antivirus software. No, I do not want to optimize or whatever. I just want the software to work and alert me if there is a problem (i.e. virus). Otherwise I don't want to waste time closing dialogue boxes. Seems I am virus free for the moment and my computer is running smoothly. Well see.

This came with my surface pro 3, which already has built in Windows Defender antivirus software.

We purchased this when we purchased our new computer. Since we have only had the computer for a few weeks it is hard to tell how effective this is going to be but... so far, no problems!

I am using it for 3 years and its very safe I never got any virus in my desktop or laptop and it always tells me if that is any danger, and it doen't slow down my computer.

Works fine. Doesn't slow down the pc. Cheap. Easy to use.

Due to Norton’s inability to work on my Windows 8 machine; they just kept telling me uninstall, and reinstall, I decided to research another virus scanner. I have now used this on Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and my new Window 10 machine. Trend Micros, does slow the machine upon startup until it has scanned, but does not slow down the machine after that. If you just wait a few minutes after its initial scan – all is fine. Norton slowed my machine way down and cause intermittent internet connection fails.

Anti-virus and security programs come out often, so many times you use a different one every year. Trend Micro is so good at keeping up with and ahead of new happenings that you end up keeping it Year after year. That alone says a lot about the product. I highly recommend Trend Micro for keeping all your files safe and secure.

I have Kaspersky subscription for this gear. Haven't switched over to Russian Security yet ;-) ? Works fine. I'm never without top of line virus protection on my gear.
