This was difficult to download. I had to try a few times. The product is OK.

This is my first time using this product and it is easy to install and simple to use. It's been about 2 months and I haven't had any problems!

I tired loading it and it removed my other protection, and then said it couldn't finish loading because of some errors, and I did what it said to do until it told me to remove some files and I'm not to good at that some I gave up. With my other protection now removed I don't know if I'm protected or not!

Easy to set up,it does all the work for you, all you do is downloaded and it just goes on its own. No rocket science here. Is idiot proof ...like for me.

I Loved receiving this with my Laptop purchase, It is a really good security system and Easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Been a customer of Trend Micro Internet Security for 5 years and not once have I had any virus on my devices. The best in Internet Security.

I've had avg, kaspersky, and norton. The biggest difference I see with trend is that it had a very very simple ui. This is the software you'd want for your grandparents or other non techy people in your family. Reason I give it 4 is that it doesn't seem to have as many features as kaspersky.

I relied on Norton for computer security. When I bought a new computer Trend Micro was proposed and I have the same peace of mind for a lesser price.

Great product, but had some issues with spreading across three devices.

This is just okay, very annoying to download. Lots of restarts necessary.

I had the same security last year, since I didn't have an issues with it. I just went ahead and got the same Trend this year. The only thing I did not like was that when I opened the box,there was no disk. If this was the case I could have just renewed online it was actually cheaper to so.

I've never heard of this product but hope it is reliable and secure.

I have had my computer for about two months now with Micro Trend Security. So far, no problems! I trust Micro Trend to protect my computer.

I purchased an Hp laptop for my mother for Mother's Day. Upon checking out I was offered the option to add internet security and an extended warranty coverage to my purchase. I opted into both. Trend Micro helps protect her computer and her personal information which is a big must now a days. It's always running and stopping any threats that may arise while using the laptop. Not to mention adding it to a laptop purchase gives you a discount on the price and you get to install it on 3 computers. Who could really ask for more ?

This item is okay but to be honest its nothing to write home about.
