Once purchased, through the best buy link, the product was not available to download on my device, a samsung galaxy tablet. Tried to cancel the order but would was not able to do this through best buy. Guess that I am stuck with this for a year! Bummer.

Suddenly my computer is slower
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got Trend Micro and suddenly my computer is slower. Every few moments my internet is "not responding", to the point it spends more time frozen that actually functioning. Try to call their customer service which is conveniently only open M-F, with a sketchy-quality outgoing message during non-business hours. I guess you're out of luck if your computer stops working on a weekend. I'm not sure who would have come up with that business plan. I wish I'd gotten another brand. At least if my computer had the same response, I would have had the chance to talk with someone from the company about it at a reasonable time.

After it removed my old virus ware, kaspersky, it repeatedly stalled out. After the 5th reboot it finally loaded. I ran full scan immediately. After it completed I got spammed like crazy! After contacting best buy tech support they refused help unless I purchased more, a hefty charge for tech support assistance. Horribly disappointing.
