Not a good security program.

It erases files by itself and I had to spend time to find or reload into my laptop.

I am used to Norton Internet Security, and choose to stay with it. For someone who has nothing, this is better than nothing. Just my preference.

I do not want it, but keep getting SPAM emails telling me to install. I already have an internet security solution. After three months, there will be a fee for something that is not needed. Efforts to have Best Buy Customer Service stop the emails have failed. This could not be deleted from the original order.

Ten years ago this was the best security software you could get. They were the 1st to have active cloud protection and everything. The current software just crashes and crashes upon install. I've used it on 4 different computers and all have experienced issues with the software, to the point where it makes the computers unstable. Even with fresh installs of Windows 10. Hopefully trend micro will get back into the game of quality protection in the future.
