Returned the ipad after having it for only two days and Best Buy still charged me 14.99 for this Trend Micro. Shows that I was suppose to get a full refund under my order accounts; but was a different refunded amount after looking at the receipt when I got home. Not happy.

I have tried many times to find where to download my 3 month subscription. I'm very disappointed that Bestbuy didn't put a link in my email or Bestbuy account for me to download it. I've tried going to digital downloads but it was never there. It's funny that it says I get a free 3 month subscription but no way to download it.

There are even good free options for businesses. This came with another product I purchased and there was no way to refuse it's inclusion. Fortunately, you are not required to download it. Best Buy, please include a "remove" option at checkout for extra software trials.
