If you don’t have any other protection, buy it.

I personally use Norton, So far it does the job. To me this seems like a bate product. When I purchase a printer why do you think I will need antivirus? I try to stay away from software that comes free with a computer or printer. Since its free I have to give the value high marks.

The people at the store near me all need to be fired except a few and just start over.

Then I tried installing it on my reg laptop so it doesn't go to waste and it keeps telling me the key code is incorrect or not valid. Not sure why it keeps sending me reminding me by sending emails to install it when it doesn't even work correctly. Don't have time to call customer service either so I'm not.

Antivirus software or Spyware?

Nope! Don't trust something like this that is given away and the name is suspect to, "Trend Micro". Do they want to protect my computer from virus' or do they want to collect my analytics and sell it? No thanks, stick with Norton 360.
