I have no desire for the product and see most of these as a rip off. If you know how to use the internet, you can find better and cheaper. Overall I see trials like these as a gimmick to get someone to rely on it or forget to cancel.

I ended up having to return the Mac Book but BB made me pay for a free product I never wanted and never used. So I had to pay for something that came ‘free’, was never used, and I never wanted in the first place.

It will automatically renew using your order's credit card even if you never use or install it. There is no way to cancel it online. You have to call customer support and wait forever to explain this lousy ordeal. Disappointed that Bestbuy thinks this is a good customer experience.
