If you return the computer they still charge for it and force you to call in to cancel, even if you return in store. What a waste of time. No such thing as easy return with this horrible product and wasted half hour on phone with best buy to get transferred to right person to cancel. All Best Buys fault.

I wish I had not bought it as the computer I was purchasing already had antivirus software. I even asked the salesman if I needed this and he said yes, knowing I was purchasing a computer with antivirus software. Buyer beware at BestBuy the salespeople are trained to sell hard no matter what.
