Not compatible with my purchase

When the site pops up for the software it looks like a not secure website. I don’t need it really my internet service protects me just as fine and I don’t open emails from people I don’t know.

Doesn't work with Chromebook

Called online Tech support to help and they couldn't install it. Was told I'd have to take it into the local Bestbuy to see if they could help install it. It was a crap add on that isn't even installable on what it was given as a added value.

It doesn't function with McAfee, which came pre-installed with my laptop, and is overly protective, preventing me from doing some of the work I need to do as a game design and development student.

Rather than accidently signing up for something I didn't want, I chose to pass on the "free" 3-month subscription.

I did not an can not use it as the first step using my new Dell computer was to install Linux operating system on which this security does not work. Thanks for the thought, not sure I would use it even on windows.

I get that these software companies need to have a product to market, but I dont see the point in them anymore.
