I thought it was free for buying a pc. I found out that I had paid for it when I got a refund for it when returning the pc. Never used it. I use Kaspersky. BB will slip this stuff in on you when checking out. So be careful.

It's complicated and not user friendly compared to other ones out there that are free. If you're a Mac user like me, BitDefender is free and on the Mac App Store and a much better experience than this garbage.

I don't used this and it should be a customer choice whether to even have it? In other words, there shouldn't be some hidden bundle with products sold. There also shouldn't be hidden charges.

So I didn't want it. Yes I should have double checked. But how about don't have it autochecked and let the buyer decide if he wants to check the box to purchase. It's sneaky. I asked for a refund immediately.

I couldnt get software to work

I already have a service. I did not need this product/service, although it threatened to install itself once in a while during the first few days. I think I had to uninstall it. No harm.

I didn't use it so I can't honestly review it. I pads are great but when it comes to pc, I prefer Microsoft. I need a pc that's not so biased towards different programs

They charge you for the “free” product. The stores refuse to give you money back because they cannot prove you didn’t use the product.
