If you did not, please contact Geek Squad support to get the information for your Trend Micro subscription.

Posted .Please be sure to visit the special Trend Micro website for Best Buy customers to find the extensions that allow you to use your Trend Micro subscription with mobile devices, like iOS and Android tablets, Geoff. You should have an email from Best Buy with the link and will be able to download Trend Micro Mobile Security from the App Store or Google Play.
