BUT the pop-ups 24/7 were so annoying, like they were trying to irritate me into paying them. it was a PAIN to delete it off my computer, had to install another software just to remove it.

Plug it back in... it works, next day come in and the screen is black and hasn't turned back on since, I get audio but no picture whatsoever.

A 3 month subscription is kind of cheesy, especially when there are so many free options out there, not to mention Windows Defender if you are using a PC. Seems to be a decent program otherwise.

The downloading process wash abysmal. Tried everything I could think of, asked a friend who is better with computers than I am and he could help.

Well, if you know what you're doing, you don't need these extra services. But I suppose it may help the demographics that aren't as knowledgeable about computers
