Had an issue activating something had froze up. But they just remote accessed my pc and didnt everything for me. Very easy process with back up.

I guess this was given as a bonus for purchasing something. I never used it because I do not like anti-virus software. It makes you computer run funny.

While I usually rely on another antivirus program for my devices, this works surprisingly well, and I'm glad to have had it for 3 months.

Comes free with computer purchase. Honestly never use these 3rd party AVs. Stick with windows security and you be fine.

Simple to use and has worked well so far. It is for an 11 year olds Chromebook and they have had no issue using it so far

It is good as long it is free, But if you have to pay for basic service do not have any sense nowadays.

I never use Trend micro internet security before. My brother have the program installed in his computer and he love it.

It is not about the quality of the product. I have purchased several items and received the same item for free almost 5 times. I won´t consider a 3 months subscription for free and later update for payment without knowing the conditions I have individually bought a 2 year protect protection for 6 devices with an excellent deal via best buy so I don´t see it as a deal but as a way to advertise and penetrate the market with this product

Nobody needs antivirus software on their computer or desktop phone. All the virus protection is handled via OS/software patches. Let me ask you something, if the vulnerability was well known enough for the people at Microsoft or Apple, don’t you think they’d have they protection in their OS? I mean, who thinks that an AV would do something your OS couldn’t do. I mean, effectiveness aside, isn’t a virus software that sucks up resources by spawning processes to touch your vital OS files? Doesn’t an AV do the same? So you’re installing a piece of software to stop a piece of software from doing the same thing said preventative software is trying to prevent. Anyone see the irony? Who is to say these AV companies aren’t using their AV to spy on you. We know Avast is; We know Norton does. You’re just paying one company to do the same thing a free virus would do. Good virus prevention comes down to 3 key points. 1) know your software is clean. 2) don’t tell anyone important information. 3) don’t go to sites you shouldn’t

I use McAfee, so I never used this. I got it for free with a purchase. But definitely good to keep on reserve in case I ever actually do need it.
