Bought a new iPad @ Bestbuy.com. Received free 6 free months from Trend Micro. My online order came 2 days after the purchased. When I went through the installation process, I received only 1 month free not the 6 months promised. I called Geek Squad to see what happened to the other 5 months. All I got was a very long time holding and listening to their poor quality music. The Tech couldn't really give me a reason for not getting the whole 6 months. I talked to 3 techs in total and still didn't get a good respond. Finally I was told I would receive a gift card in the mail and that I could go buy it myself. NOT HAPPY with the whole process.

I've been using Trend Micro on several machines both PC and Mac. It does a good job at protection from viruses, malware, and phishing. When I installed it from my 6 month renewal code, I ran into a problem. A message stated I had a more recent version of Trend so my update wouldn't install. I had to use Geek Squad support to find and delete all traces of Trend from my iMac before I could download the current version with the new expiration date. This had never happened before.

I play alot of games on my PC... these generally cause issues with those. So far, none YET.. but its bound to happen. I guess this is the lesser of two evils. Its better than free ones... but came as a bonus with a laptop purchase, so it was essentially free. It does the job but I run it minimally.

I received this free when purchasing a Macbook Pro. It has been an acceptable antivirus. I have not had any issues so far and the program appears to be fairly light on the laptop. The website safety check feature works well and Trend Micro does well enough on antivirus tests to be worth considering.

I have used TRENDMICRO in the past and found it to be an average functioning antivirus program. Some dangers got through, some did not. I am unable to give a complete review of this particular product as pictured because it came as a free addition when I ordered a Samsung tablet. I needed to exchange the tablet because it was damaged inside the box, and when I made said return, the free 6-month TRENDMICRO was automatically cancelled. The store employees gave me WEBROOT software instead. They said it was better. I have yet to install that software, so I cannot agree or disagree with their assessment yet. I don't think TRENDMICRO is a bad product, so I would recommend, based on my use on my desktop computer, but I don't have a way to give my opinion on this 6 month free version as I did not get to use it.

Program is for up to three computers. Six month free subscription for each. Internet security is essential. If you don't have security programs running you are much more likely to encounter problems. Program was easy to install and then required a fair amount of time to update.

There is a year option available for purchase, but this 6-month trial came with my laptop purchase. This runs pretty well and meets my needs. I would recommend this 6-month subscription to try out!

I got the Internet Security package with the purchase of a Samsung tablet. It was good during my use. There weren't many notifications popping up daily and it didn't slow my system. However, I can only use it for 6 months which can be the drawback.

This came as a "freebie" with the purchase of a HP laptop. I haven't installed it because: 1. I made the mistake of installing Avast and Norton on previous devices, only to discover that they are impossible to remove (short of a complete disk wipe). 2. My employers have chosen Norton, McAffee, and Trent products to protect the enterprise, and experienced difficulties. 3. I have a two year, multi-device license for ESET Smart Security, I have used ESET's products for years, and am very pleased with their protection, performance, and small demand on resources. ESET has consistently ranked very high in reviews, frequently detecting viruses missed by other products. ESET is a much better choice.

This software is good as far as I can tell. I haven't gotten any security threats yet. The only thing I don't like about the program is that it highlights the websites when it verifies it, which changes the way the screen's contents normally look.

It works on up to three operating systems and on any operating system. I received this for free with a purchase. There are so many free antiviruses that offer good protection that I cannot justify paying for one (even if it has more "security").

Nowadays security is extremely important. If you have children you need to monitor their internet sites and what they do online. This software helps to do that. It safeguards against viruses, fraudulent websites, and identity theft too.

I received this product with my Toshiba Satellite purchase. Nice to have a new security product to install after purchase and evaluate prior to puchasing after the trial period. This functions as expected with no concerns or issues.

I never like subscription services for internet security but so far this one is doing a good job. I like the tune up feature the most and the identity theft warning keep me happy with the kids using my tech and getting into email.

It does what it's supposed to ... it protects your computer from viruses. Reasonably priced , seamless internet security. I doubt however that I would be renewing it, due to free version of Avira Antivirus Software availability.

I used Trend Micro for the last three years. I believe the last version was a downgrade. Lost my ability to clean and optimize whole computer although still does some. But new versions won't empty recycle bin anymore for some reason and that was always part of past versions when cleaning "junk" files and gaining more space. Also I just found that it does slow down Yahoo Mail when replying to others. At first I thought maybe something else until I downloaded on my superfast gaming computer! Same thing, after Trend Micro install, Yahoo Mail slowed down! Otherwise a four star + product! I used to recommend to everyone, sorry, no more!

Even though I didn't install this on my computer, I saw enough other reviews to indicate that it isn't the best on the market, but it is free. I ended up using ESET, which rates as the best security software on the market.

I have no idea what it was before it was given to me as a free gift. Worth a try since there's six month trial. However, the company Trend act as if they were helping but really not when you have issues with the software.

I chose not to use the 6month internet security and went to our local Best Buy, purchased a 24/7 Geek Squad support contract because I'm not savy with the tablet, also purchased one of the trend securities for my tablet.

I have purchased many portable chargers for travel with my tablets. This charger is exactly what I was looking for it is small compact and effortless to use and recharge. An excellent purchase and money well spent!
