    Would not allow me to install on a android smartphone, but package clearly says it will. I bought Malwarebytes to use instead.

    the product code was not accepted...I called the geek squad 3 times but they couldn't resolve the problem...I had to go back to go back to the store for a replacement

    I was able to install in past. It was suppose to work in windows 8 and it did not. It installed but did not work.
