So I'll begin by stating that I've used this product on every kind of device except Linux (not needed) and Android. Works as advertised on Mac, tested on Big Sur. It's highly annoying on iOS as it insists on installing a VPN that does not play well with iCloud private relay. Together they effectively make internet access impossible. On windows 10, it works marginally better than Bit Defender, but it doesn't seem to work well with Windows 11. Granted, Windows 11 is still a tad buggy so time will paint a truer picture. What really perturbed me was the fact that I didn't check the price that Trend Micro charged prior to purchasing it here. It's about $40 more at Best Buy, so check with Trend Micro first prior to buying it here.

I only have three stars due to the annoying pop -up telling me I need to re-order five months after I purchased another,better version of their software. Sent email to them and got a lame excuse as to why the pop up. After ten years of using this product i am considering going to another top rated program.....I HATE pop ups!

It is a little hard to follow instructions, but after process is done, it seems to do well.

Works okay on my window desktop, doesn’t slow it down at all

Security software works fine once installed. I've had about the same problem two years in a row while installing the new year. If you go to the address it tells you to, it says that it no longer exists. It took a considerable amount of time to get it installed and was definitely a pain to install. Not user friendly at all.

I made an exchange for my defective laptop, when I installed this in that one set up worked. That was a on line purchase so the directions came via email. Now I have tried to set this up For my replacement laptop with a box for this app they gave me in store. Set up will not work and now I have to call support.

I cancelled this security. The technical support people had difficulty understanding the issues and how to fix it. Speaking an Understandable English was difficult for some of the support staff.

I downloaded this to my computer using the instructions the product came with. Now my computer has an annoying window that constantly pops up every two seconds. I am unhappy with the product I purchased. I recommend buying the desk.

Easy to install very easy to use, offers great protection against virus and malware on the web....Buy it!!

During install there was not an indication that webroot program had to be removed to allow trend to install without issue.

can't say much about it seeing as I didn't use it. I don't know what else to say.

My computer seemed to run much slower with this brand than others. Thus my reasoning for only 3 stars.

Had some issues with a window popping up continuously but guess it protected my computer from viruses.

Every year it’s hard to do this upgrade. I go to the website and it brings up a different website.

Right now it does what it supposed to do, but I think Kaspersky is way better.

This product is very expensive for the years of service

Will be last time getting this do to taking best part out of the product. It alright but others do same thing.
