Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far, It doesn't appear that I can download this product. Contacted Best Buy, they hung up on me. Chat support was suppose to send new key code, I didn't get it. Tried to get on Trend Micro to download - only gave me a bar code for a tablet or phone - I'm trying to download on my computer. Tried to contact support and the product isn't even listed on the support page so I can ask for support. I would definitely NOT recommend this product.

Trend Micro "Premium" uses the same installation file as Trend Micro "Maximum" but "Premium" allows you to protect more devices. Please download Trend Micro "Maximum" and use your code to install.
