We had an instant connection, After making a decision on our purchase, we had a group hug and sang kumbyya. We left Best Buy having true religious experience. We can't wait to go back and purchase something else.

Turbo Tax Software

Easy in easy out....quiet day on the Home Front. A bit disappointing in using the Turbo Tax because still not able to transmit the State tax due to I believe not all software is available to download. 1st time in a long long time had any issues with Turbo Tax.

Best Buy had good stock of both CD and Download versions. The Premier is needed to report investment sales.

To Complex

Like there wasn't a section to claim homestead. There wasn't a direct question. Which hurt my return. Plus it wasn't like you were given a option for a first agent either.

An Economical Way to do Your Taxes

It is an entirely reasonable alternative to using a professional tax preparer unless one's taxes are unusually complicated.

I ordered on line and it was hand delivered by the store the next day. It is too soon to evaluate this version of TurboTax although I have used it for years successfully.

Tried to tell me my delivery was not in the back even though I received email to pick up. Had to show him email before he would look in back again and found product.
