    Loud and Comfortable

I love this headset. So far I've been using this for about a week. I like the volume control on the wire. The compartment for the ears is great its about 2 inches of space and it doesn't crush my ears at all, they fit inside comfortably. The ear part is a soft foam with a soft material over it and it doesn't cause any discomfort. I am an avid player who plays for a 4 hour minimum most days, and I can say that I don't ever feel the need to remove these from my head. The band that sits on top of your head is a cushioned leather and also very comfortable. The sound proofing is stupendous, when I'm playing I cant hear anything but the game. My only complaint is that the mic is not super flexible. I had the recon camo model and I was used to being able to bend my physical mic in any direction that I needed. However, this is not a major complaint. The headset is amazing and if you are an avid gamer like me, I definitely suggest these. Also, the box doesn't mention it, but it works with the Xbox one as well.

Excellent sound.. but they don't last long.

They were excellent! Clear mic quality, great sound, perfect fit.... But they only lasted a year. The plastic on the wire cracked up by the left earphone, exposed the wires, and that was it - mic died and only sound in my right ear unless I tape the wiring up and don't move it around. It's a good thing I need a USB headset for the new computer I plan to buy but geez.. I expected three years at least out of these.

The branding is goofy, but the clearance price is a steal.

If you are a gamer, this a great headset, however, it fits a little too "snug". Perhaps that is how gamers like it, but I use it for video calls so I ultimately returned it.

They come with a warranty from the manufacturer. You go to turtle beach and REGISTER your device! I KNOW I KNOW... you people hate to register your devices (uggh so hard to fill a max 10 question form...) but you really should It will save you his sob story. 1) If your device comes broken SIMPLE register, start a claim. 2) 72 hours later MAX. They send you a shipping label FREE. 3) You ship it. 4) 1 week passes they receive it. 5) 1 week passes you get a new one! 6) You Discovered Water is Drinkable !!! Amazing :O!!! that 1 star says nothing about the headset because he was to incompetent to deal with his problems... He had alternatives. He could have purchased it at the store. Easy return I LOVE BESTBUY! They do not hassle you. He could've gone to amazon and missed out on BestBuy's great warranties... but Amazon does have a free return shipping on defective items. If I bought a vehicle and it was a lemon, would that mean all of the same model vehicles are lemons? His review is just utter unwarranted defamation. REGISTER THE F&%@ing PRODUCT! It is $80 it has to have a warranty! Read the Pamphlets... Knowledge is power! I have owned 6 turtle beach headsets because They Last LONG almost a decade on my px21. My recent PX51 is going 3 years strong. My oldest headset was the Px21 when I was 15. I am now 23 it still works earpieces mic and all (sadly the structure gave way at year 6 but it works as mic and headset you simply cant wear it, I use the mic this way since the quality is better than my px51) that is 8 years... The rest INCLUDING this one are Special editions I collect them , They work just fine. But nothing like my PX51 ;) This Specific Headset features a very simple Mobile/PC Only Design. But with an adapter or an xbox one controller v2 (the ones with the 3.5mm jacks built in) it works fine with xbox one. a 3.5mm for a combo jack on modern pc's or the included splitter to 3.5mm mic and 3.5mm audio that has been in all Pc's since way before my first Pentium 3 in 1997...... ----Side note for XBOX ONE--- for those who want it on xbox one Steer clear of all 3.5mm headsets! You want optical audio enabled headsets! The xbox one controllers have limited bandwidth on audio and severely downscaled audio through the 3.5mm jacks. The best headset would be wasted on that jack I used my PX51 on my 3.5mm xbox one controller input, then tested with a skullcandy inkd budsv2 (the cheapy 20USD in ear buds) sadly the inkd sounded better. I then plugged my PX51 to the optical port on the xbox one and the Difference was Incredible. Another test I did was with the skullcandys I plugged into the jack and then removed it and simply listened to the TV audio... and the tv audio was better.... Xbox one headsets on 3.5mm are JUNK
