My son uses them in his online gaming. Never had any problems with them to this day. He enjoys the flexible mic arm so he can eat and drink without taking them off.

They also don’t fit my abnormally small head which is unfortunate but I make it work. Maybe they sound better if they actually cup your ears lol

This pair didn't even last 2 weeks. I requested a return for them, but it had to be returned the day of the request and my son's Mom didn't get off work till after UPS was closed and all pick up locations had picked up for the day, so he got a $25 dollar gift that broke in less than a month. Have to contact Turtle Beach for replacement now and ship back at a cost of $9 so great purchase. Will think twice before purchase at Bestbuy in future.

They then told me that was my issue and would not be helping me. The company is sending a new headset.
