I had this shipped to my son, who's last pair of Turtle Beach lasted over 2 years before we had to replace them. This pair didn't even last 2 weeks. I requested a return for them, but it had to be returned the day of the request and my son's Mom didn't get off work till after UPS was closed and all pick up locations had picked up for the day, so he got a $25 dollar gift that broke in less than a month. Have to contact Turtle Beach for replacement now and ship back at a cost of $9 so great purchase. Will think twice before purchase at Bestbuy in future.

It legit broke with one drop to the floor from 2 ft.

Best Buy sold me a defective headset that broke off in the ps4 controller the same day my son opened them. They then told me that was my issue and would not be helping me. The company is sending a new headset.

Its loud but not a good sound quality for Turtle Beach brand and the microphone is detachable.

Wonderful for 2 weeks until the metal attachment at the end of the cord became slightly bent which causes glitches now.

Perfect for gaming. Clear and crisp. Fits nicely. The mic is slightly annoying in my face but that fould be just because it is unfamiliar. Plugs into laptop perfectly. The mic on/off switch is a nice.

I use both version, single ear and mic with this over ears and mike. Both have their pros and cons. Now some Pro's: Great sound, comfortable, great price. removable mic, can be used to hear game while having your TV or AV equipment muted. Con's: My ears get sweaty from time to time but not often. harder to hear others in the room, since you cover both ears. I would recommend these, but not if you want to talk to people in the room while you play. My son and I both have a pair and he loves his also.

These headphones do the job, nothing fancy but not cheap. They sound good and are comfortable to wear for a long gaming session. The chord could be a little longer and the inline mic controls a bit larger but otherwise it's well worth the cost especially if your not liking to spend $$$ Voice chat sounds good with the mic sounding clear

I had a headset like this before and I brought this one again to use with my PlayStation. I really like these headsets cause they are reasonably priced and still do a great job! I find them comfortable and when used in party chats and in game I hear clearly!

The head phone plug in jack broke off after a few weeks of purchasing this product.

Hard to beat the value for the price. They are comfortable and cancel out noise very well. The option to remove the microphone when not needed is convenient especially when watching a tv show or movie. The only con is the audio could be a little louder for my personal taste, but for the price I am more than pleased.
