Love turtle beach headsets and have owned many previous versions. For some reason this head set is super quiet compared to previous versions I have owned even making sure everything was turned up all the way. Not sure if I’ve received a faulty unit. Feels very heavy duty though.

It doesn't switch from pc to gaming console, you have to remove one of the usb receiver and manually switch between devices. Bluetooth works great. Sound quality is great

Had issues with the audio auto switching without me pressing anything, the ear piece broke off after a couple uses but other than that, it’s a decent device

I'm pretty disappointed in these the two main things that irritate me the most is the sound quality in the construction. I've changed my equalizer through the app to make the sound better, but now certain frequencies of base you can hear the paver on the speaker rattle, the construction irritates me because the with the headset being $200 I would think the ear pads should be memory foam, but they feel like just standard foam. I do love that you can do Bluetooth and wireless simultaneously that's one main reason I bought these but the two cons in this situation ruined it for me.

They work some of the time. The range on them is very short, and when connecting them, you usually have to restart them several times. Also, they frequently lose settings like the chat balance. The only thing they reliably do is correct to the expected receiver.

It won’t connect to my Xbox series s only my pc but it sound really nice

Headsets glue that holds the leather came apart. Now the leather came off after only 2 months of use.

Firmware uodate took about 1 hour, failed 3 times. After that observed really bad behaviors, for example one time volume level became so high that even at 1% it can blow your eardrums. Superhuman hearing? Just flat sound, no high or base. Wave 3d? Almost no difference so basically you have no virtual 3D for gaming. As soon as you join discrod audio channel overall volume level decreases drastically and you have to increase it, ut when you leave the channel - boom level increase and adding your level on top of what it was before. Returned and will never look into this company
