Geek squad came to home and performed a diagnosis of my tv. Replacement was done and came back and set up my new television. Showed up as schedule. Good job.

So worth the extra money for the warranty. My Vizio broke a year after purchasing. Geek squad couldnt fix it so I got a better tv at no charge.

The guys brought the tv, set everything up in regards to Dish Network and then cleaned the styrofoam and box. I literally had to do nothing.

Geek Squad called in advance as promised and arrived on time. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Also very helpful in answering my questions.

I had them set up my new large TV & the discount I got on the warranty more than paid for the set up. In a way, they paid me to come set up my TV.

The crew was professional and polite. Hooked up everything, made sure I understood how to operate it and took away all packaging.

The GEEK installed the new TV in a matter of minutes. Demonstrated the use of the remote, etc. They are worth the annual membership fee.

Two techs arrived on time, were courteous and did the set-up and removed the packing. It did not take very long, they knew exactly what to do.

Amazingly the geek squad arrived on time and set up the tv and bluray played with the cable box with ease. This is the way to go. Definitely worth the price.

The delivery was on time & very nice guys. I had to do a good bit of figuring out the cable hook-ups myself but got it going.

The Geek Squad is a fantastic company. I can’t say enough good things about the personal, excellent delivery service and installation expertise.

The two guys that delivered my TV were just that, "delivery guys". I chose the basic set up and thats what I got. Very nice and courteous but definitely not pros in setting up. Didn't run the "hidden" wires properly and basically just put stand together, plugged in and turned on and left. I guess that's what you get for $50 but $150 seemed a little steep for full setup. You get what you pay for.
