Came to home, swapped tv and installed, Good service,yrs left warranty from old tv does not carry over. Only factory when new swapped out.

the setup service was well worth expense. They were here when promised with an "on the way call". Good explanation of wifi operation.

They hooked up the cable box perfectly. I took care of the Apple TV 4K, Switch, and PS4 Pro. No regrets in having this added on at all

It sounds simple to set up a new tv, but its hard to set all the sound and image properties right. I recommend having all the help you can get.

Set up people a little too concerned that giving to much help is not in the contract. Every time I would ask them to do something, like how to connect to the internet, or basic tv settings, I'd get the we are not supposed to do that and even showed me the so called delivery contract. For $50.00 delivery and setup and me being only 10 minutes from Best Buy, I did not appreciate that.

Would have been better if the tech guy showed me how to use the remote features, but I figured it out eventually.

Two nice young men brought into my house, set it up, made sure it worked and took away the old set and all the packing for the new set.
