The delivery and set -up was flawless, the guys were great, knew EXACTLY what they were doing and even delivered a day early

I probably didn't really need the help or so I thought. The two men was nice and pleasant and answered all my questions.

The guys were awesome for set up, but because your store said the stand I had would work ( but didn't! ) I paid $50 for nothing!

THE GUYS WERE ON TIME AND THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY QUICK AND THEY TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW THE TV WORKS AND EVERYTHING.

The delivery people had trouble installing the base onto the tv. I had to help them as they could not figure it out. After that I had them put the tv on my tv table but not do anything else. So I connected the tv myself and tested it before they left. Also, they dropped the box about 2 feet as they took it off the truck. Fortunately, not damage.

Excellent service and timely installation. The team was professional and offered tips to make the tv perform even better.

The Geek Squad were courteous and complete. They set up the TV and programmed my remote to the sound bar and everything.
