thx for support w tv purchase..great work everything set up and works great. very knowledgeable staff

The TV was brought in and set up very quickly. We were left with the remotes and had to program them. This was difficult as I did not understand all of the questions and know what to do. We had to wait for someone to come in and finish the set-up. Would have been better if the GEEK Squad could have done that-would gladly pay extra.

Delivered TV as promised. Set up my 55" TV in a professional manner. Did a good job, as expected from Best Buy.

My bedroom entertainment set up is rather complicated. All the Geek Squad did is remove an old and unused Laser Disc player but told me that I would need to reschedule and pay for a new visit for them to make sure the amplifier and DVD/VHS player were hooked up properly to a 42" Samsung TV I installed a couple of years ago.

The service that we received by the installation staff was very professional, quick and friendly.

Both techs that came to the house were professional, informative, they did a great job, highly recommend
