    The installers showed up on time, were courteous and helpful, but the contract says they are only allowed to connect one device to the TV. Really? They can't plug in more than one HDMI cable? So, after they left I had to move the TV again to plug in the other video sources. Kind of silly, BB. Still, the service was reliable and quick. I don't think I could've carried this home myself, so I guess it was worth it.

    Be clear exactly what is included in the basic setup. They just came, unboxed TV, plugged in one device and turned on TV.

    The guys were just ok. They really did not help with questions we had with one of the TV"s. Not really customer friendly.

    BB used a vendor for set up and they barely put the tv on the stand and ran out without powering it up. When I turned on the power, the “new” tv out of the box did not work While it will take longer to get an appointment still with true geek squad setup and don’t close out the delivery order until you are 100% satisfied that every thing works as it should

    Main installer did not know complicated systems. His helper told us about the Harmony Universal Remote, which we love.

    Don't do without it

    The new tvs are not just plug in. My set required you to assemble the base. Also because it was a smart tv it had to be working with WI Fi and of course Comcast remote. I could have done it but not easily. Anyone who is not technical wouldn't have an easy time. But the most important advantage is that after the install the tv had a flaw in screen. He packed it up, returned it then brought back a new one and installed again.

    I purchased basic delivery because I wasn't able to get a friend to help me set it up. I wanted it brought up the steps to my apartment and placed on its stand. The delivery men arrived, started taking it out of the box, and didn't pay attention as the tv fell forward and hit the screen against the cardboard top of the box. They admitted to having no training to set it up as the fiddled with the stand. Only one person removed the tv from the box, turning it on its side so the other could screw on the stand. Once the stand was on, again only one person lifted the tv to place it on the table I wanted it on. I expected the delivery crew to understand hownto set it up and to follow the recommendations to have TWO people move the tv. This is stated on Best But's website and my TV's manual.

    They called before delivery, they were actually ahead of schedule !! Moved the TV I was replacing. Unpacked and setup the TV in about 20 minutes. Tested TV and started basic setup/configuration. They cleaned up after and offered to remove the large box. Also, they were respectful of my home. Money well spent. I very highly recommend this service !!

    George, Geek Squad, was wonderful. He was very professional, courteous, helpful and installed our TV quickly. He answered all our questions and showed us the basics of the TV. He definitely gave more than 100% and we would recommend using the Geek Squad to anyone to help set up any size TV. He definitely is a Best Buy guy! Thanks again.

    Delayed delivery truck breakdown.

    When removing Screen from box placed hands on screen, Mentioned not to do that. Professional would not have done this. They were pretty much just setup people, not hookup people. Would not recommend for setup, when calling for help on original TV, person was very knowledgeable.
