    Went through the process of getting my warranty replaced and once I chose my tv they would come swap out with my old TV and install. I was unable to be home during the exchange but my tall 5’ wife was to deal with a 65” tv sitting in a box. Geek Squad told her they don’t install just deliver the TV so they dropped it off in the living room and left, don’t even know what The TV Basic set is for if it’s only for delivery. Awesome work guys!

    Had issues with getting tv delivered and then with condition when delivered. We were compensated, but still should have been better

    They just put the TV on its stand and that's it, not as describe in the basic setup that it should be connected to at least one source like cable.

    Delivery people arrived late without apology or explanation in an unmarked delivery van. They delivered the tv but refused to set up on my stand as I was told they would and also didn't bother to test equipment for functionality as I was told they would. Think the people were subcontractors but expected better. Did contact customer service to a successful resolution but would probably not recommend service.

    The setup service was great. The installer was knowledgeable. I even had to call after setup. The person who helped me was very patient and knew the product features well.

    They where early which is nice was at work waited patiently and very professional. Set everything up and made sure the tv was functioning properly. No fuss no muss.

    Best Buy has a wonderful Geek Squad. They are professional and knowledgeable. When they set up my tv they arrived on time, helped me with questions, and cleaned up!!

    This product delivered exactly what was promised. The new TV was setup and the old TV was removed as agreed to. Staff were courteous and but on protective footwear.

    The installation arrived an hour earlier than expected and it was ready to go in a matter of minutes! I'm so happy I was able to enjoy the TV with such ease.

    I was in the hospital when the TV was delivered. My wife handled it. She was told by the delivery people that they only drop the box off. I called Best Buy and complained. The salesperson said the delivery people would unbox the TV and put together. That was not done. After a couple of calls someone from Geek Squad did come out, unbox it, put it together, and connected the wires. I wish this had happened to begin with.

    I had to point out that they were supposed to unbox and set up the tv. He tried pulling the tv out by the plastic bag. Then argued with him that he was supposed to set up 1 source. He called the dispatcher and ARGUED with her saying they don’t do that andhe set up 1 source. Plugging in the power cord is not setting up a source. He was even going to leave the trash...

    The delivery man damaged the wall in the rental house we live in when taking our old tv set out to the truck. He also ran over the driveway edging pavers with his truck. He was in a big rush to leave and didn't give us the whole instruction lesson he was supposed to (and that we paid for). Calls and emails to their field rep have gone unanswered. Very very unhappy!

    Best Buy used a contract service to deliver and set up TV (implying it was the Geek Squad staff). Walked away when couldn't set up TV leaving us stranded. Took 10 different people within BB to get someone to assist. Different story and $$ amount every step of the way. No one seems to know how to handle a customer issue. Would not recommend BB to provide service again.

    I had a replacement Sony 55” model home delivered and the guys did not know how to set up our connection. I told them to leave and would figure it out. 15 days later I noticed two holes on the screen and was too late to get a replacement according to Best Buy. Very disappointed and wish I could get my money back from this garbage Sony TV

    The only reason that I purchased this service was so that the installers would remove an old 32 inch CRT TV that weighed several hundred pounds. They simply attached my cable and turned on the TV. They said I should read the manual for further instructions. I didn't need for them to tell me that.
