The installation crew was 4 hours late- no one seem to care. The Best Buy sales representative didn't charge the proper amount for installation- therefore it was a dispute when the installers came out. The geek squad wasn't helpful at all, very rude and unprofessional. The products are great- customer service is terrible and need major improvement

After unboxing the tv they set the tv on the stand and started to leave. I told them I paid for the basic setup. One of the men looked at the hdmi cable that goes from my cable box to the tv and said the end that plugs into the tv is too small, that I would have to get anothe cable. After they left I connected it my self.

Purchased an expensive TV and was super excited to have it delivered and setup by professionals at Geek Squad. They didn't have a clue. Thought pieces weee missing. Installed batteries in remote incorrectly and even admitted they'd never delivered a new Sony OLED TV before and didn't know anything aboyt them.

They were not very knowledgeable. Didn’t know how to get the remote to work so left me not set up. They were in a hurry to leave. Very dissatisfied with the set up. Had to make a trip down to Best Buy all i had to do is hold a couple buttons down to marry it to the tv they should of known that!!!

One star because we paid for geek squad setup,only the geek squad NEVER showed up. Tv was set up by my husband. Our money was refunded, that’s NOT THE POINT! I spent TWO HOURS ON THE PHONE THE DAY OF DELIVERY, only to get the big run around. We always shop Best Buy, but after this, I may not.

Purchased a 4k tv for elderly mother and wanted it set up for her. They plugged the tv in to ac and told her they don 't connect the Comcast tv cables to the tv.
She lives in another state, so I was unable to set it up for her. 2 more minutes connecting the Comcast cables would have made a difference.

Delivery was late, the two men were rude and one barely spoke English. They connected the wiring however nothing was done neatly and the cords looked like a birds nest. I was going to tip them but decided not to due to the horrible delivery service...Note to self, never purchase it again!

When my tv arrived it was delivered by 2 young men who were supposed to be Geek squad experts but it was obvious they knew less than me! They were very nice but the service was not worth the $50 they charge people in my opinion. I had to make the connection myself and startup the tv myself.
