They will unpack and install a TV. They will take away the box if you want. They really don't hang around to make sure everything is right with the TV - just turn it on. If you want them to haul away the old TV you pay extra.This is not geek squad - just a rental truck with a couple delivery guys.

I had to setup my on tv because they was behind and the Greek squad and home delivery had to deliver product instead of setup up my tv. It was left on my couch.

With the new TV it's not cutting in and out and the picture is great.

Tv has excellent images, easy to operate and has a reasonable price

The Geek Squad did a basic tv set up for me and that's all. They did not go over how to do any fine tuning on the tv, how to use the features on the tv or remote. Was told at Best Buy they would install my soundbar that I purchased and had delivered at the same time, but on the day of installation they told me they do not install it. As I live alone and not very tech savvy wanted it all set up and working as it should be. Took me the rest of the day and part of the evening to get the soundbar connected, synced to the tv and working correctly. Not sure if I would use that service again. Would be easier having someone with the knowledge to do so and who would take the time to show you how everything works.

Geek Squad delivery team admitted this was their first time even seeing this new TV and yet didn't open the manual to familiarize themselves before attempting to setup my new Sony OLED TV. They even installed the remote batteries incorrectly.

Really not worth the price they charge. Two guys came out with my 75" tv, unpacked it and plugged it in. They read the manual to sync the remote and didn't have any specific knowledge about the tv. I could have easily done it myself.

Yes, 2 gentlemen did in fact deliver a 55 inch vizio smart tv. However, they had no idea how to program the remote or connect the TV. The ”geek squad” handed me the remote and said...”just follow the on screen stuff”.

Either I didn’t understand what I was paying for, or the guys that “installed” my tv just didn’t know what they were doing. I’d encourage anyone to ask questions about the installers’ abilities before paying for this service.
