    Geek Squad never delivered or setup my TV, they were suppose to reimburse the fee but that hasn't happened either, Geek Squad is beyond being Geekie, don't wast your money and time on Geek Squad services

    Specifically paid for and requested Geek Squad delivery and setup. Didn’t happen! Third party delivered and unboxed. That was it. I had to do my own hookup and navigate the tv setup myself.

    Help with use at installation poor. $150 fee later

    I didn't get a good tutorial on how to "install", access and use all viewing options at the time of installation. When I called to get help afterwards, I was told that would be $150. Are you kidding me?

    The installer left my house before completing the job. When I called him immediately after he left, he alleged he did all he could and said he could not come back and eventually hung up on me.

    After purchasing tv and delivery service I Scheduled delivery and geek squad installation for same day. TV showed but no word from GS until I contacted the local store later that evening

    Don't waste you time of money on this service they do nothing the guy carries the tv in on his shoulder and drops it on the floor no wonder my tv was defective out of the box

    The delivery company was poor the store promised they would set up one source to the Tv but they didn’t and said they couldn’t and all I had was a cable box.

    Technician wasn't a technician at all. I ended up setting up the tv on my own after he left. It turned out I was missing a cable line and he didn't even notice.

    I could not believe that they called plugging in my TV as connecting to one source. No connection to Direct TV. At least they gave me a refund.

    Best Buy did fine setting up my T.V, however I was surprised at the price we had to pay for the TV to be set up, especially after what we paid for a new TV.

    The guy was really helpful but very limited on what they will hook up. they will only hook up to one extra equipment or they will charge you $150 more

    While the TV was 85% done searching for channels and before he even knew if the TV worked and would get a picture the installer left

    they take it out of the box and plug it in, no hook up or assistance, zero benefit other than they did carry it into the house

    They set up my tv ok, but the cost is a bit extreme. Could have done myself in 15 minutes. If you are handy would skip the setup.
