    Never again will I purchase this. Absolute waste of money to the point I gave no tip and screamed until they refunded me.

    I bought this basic delivery/install so any damage when being setup was not my fault. These guys were 30 minutes late after the 4 hour delivery window lapsed, in a big rush, left packing bits all over my family room for me to vacuum up. Here's something: They would NOT take the 65" TV box with them... Why? They said if I had a warranty repair and the TV had to be taken to the BestBuy shop they would not take the TV if I didn't have the original carton! No box, no warranty! Really?? So they left (hurry, hurry - remember they were 30 minutes late to my house) after attaching the stand and turning on the TV and showing it it actually worked, swell. I was left to clean up the mess and find a place for a giant box. No, don't think I'd do this again.

    Good TV, poor service

    I bought the extended warranty on a B.B. labeled Sharp TV 3 years ago. When the screen began to darken, G.S. came to my home, decided it could not be repaired, and told me I would receive a new TV. Gee, the extended warranty purchase worked out in the consumers favor for once, right? Sort of. It took me 2.5 hours of sitting on hold with G.S. to arrange the replacement and delivery (I'm NOT exaggerating...2.5 hours!). I was to have a replacement TV delivered to my home, have it set up, programmed, and have the defective TV taken away. Instead, what I got was a surly truck driver who did nothing more than dump the new TV inside my front door. He didn't set it up; he didn't even take it out of the box! Then, he demanded the box for the 3 year old TV (along with the manual and remote) or he was gonna take the new TV back and leave. Luckily, I actually had the old box. Yeah, I got a replacement TV, and a slightly upgraded model at that, but the rest of the service was terrible.

    My new television was professionally set up by the Geek Team and am I glad. All the cables and internet settings were put into place and all I have to do is watch! M
