    A well thought out charger

First, I should say I have several Twelve South products and I love them all. They make great, well-thought-out accessories, and the PlugBug 120 is no exception. It is very small for having 120W and four USB-C ports (note that there is no USB-A, the standard USB port for the last 20 years). However, being able to charge a device really fast, or two laptops and a phone at regular speed, is just great. This is a great charger. Of course, one of the main reasons to get this charger is for the Find My feature built into it. At first, I did not understand why I would want Findmy built in, then I left my bag in a rental car, and it warned me my charger had been left behind. THIS IS A GREAT FEATURE! Also, thieves will never suspect a charger has tracking built in. The only area of improvement I can identify is that I wish the prongs for the plug were replaceable, as they may eventually wear out. If they break, you would have to purchase a new charger. Overall, this charger is expensive and does not come with a USB cable; however, it offers several features that set it apart from the competition.

Not only is the plug heavy on the wall socket, it is terrible quality. Mine stopped working 1 month after I bought it and used 3 times.

    Expensive charger

As someone who's always juggling multiple devices, I was immediately drawn to its promise of compact design and space saving capabilities, unlike those bulky chargers that hog all the outlet space this one is slim. I was initially worried about its charging speed, but it powers up my phone just as fast as my regular charger, the fact that it's USB C is a huge plus, since most of my newer devices are moving towards that standard. Now, I did notice that it gets a tad warm when charging for extended periods, but nothing alarming. Also, it's worth noting that it has 4 ports, so if you're looking to charge multiple devices simultaneously, this might be a good fit. Honestly, for the price, I kind of expected more than just 4 ports, it feels a bit expensive for what it offers, especially when you compare it to other chargers on the market with similar specs.
