    I was excited for this case to protect my brand new surface book 2. I saw a few negative reviews on Amazon of this case, but this seemed the be the best option to protect my very expensive computer. This case was so hard to install. I ended up having to put considerable amount of pressure to slide the tablet portion of the laptop into the case. Then one day later, the band which holds the keyboard to the bottom portion of the case snapped off. So now the back of the keyboard is not firmly attached to the case. I like the case, and I was hoping the negative reviews about the rubber band were a small percentage of defective items. But it is not. So if you plan to buy this item, be prepared for difficult installation and a broken band

    This is the third UAG protection I’ve owned. The best I’ve ever tried. Litghtweight but superior at protecting devices. Highly recommend.
