Finally a floating pole from UKPro!

My buddy and I were literally throwing it to one another sitting out in the water and it floats with ease. The orange grip makes the pole visible at all times. Even with the pole extended it still floats! I got great footage using this surfing. The float doesn't get in the way or stand out in the video either so there is no tradeoff. For any type of water sports/ activities this is a must have if you don't want to lose your GoPro.

Ultimate Watersport Pole
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use the UKPro extendable pole for just about everything, but when it comes to water sports with your $400 camera you have to play it safe. I've used this pole while surfing and wake-boarding and I think it's perfect for getting great footage. It's lightweight and really does float! Lastly, it's accompanied me through a few wipe outs and I can confidently say this pole is beyond durable.

Great for Surfing

Most poles sink like a stone if you drop them, which leads to a sad ex-owner of a GoPro. This pole floats really well and will keep you confident when filming in the water.
