Customers are satisfied with the build quality, lightweight design, and long battery life of the Model One E350 Ultralight Foldable Electric Scooter. Many appreciate its ease of folding and carrying. However, some customers noted that the scooter lacks suspension, which impacts the ride quality on rough surfaces, and that the horn could be improved. Concerns were also raised regarding the scooter's range not always meeting advertised expectations.

I bought one for each of us for Christmas (5 of them) . We haven't been able to use it outside yet due to weather, but it looks like lots of fun. My husband liked that it was so easy to put together. So far, no complaints. I will update this once we are able to get them outside.

Ultra light scooter with great design, E350's single motor means weaker acceleration/regen braking compare to the dual motor E500. Performance is still adequate and actually safer for beginner. Only purchased the E350 because the sale price is close to half of E500's regular price.

Very happy overall. Has great pickup. Assembly was easy. I've had no issues. There is a harsher ride with solid tires, but I had to many flat tires with standard tube. Tire issues are a thing of the past with this scooter. I would buy again.

Extremely easy to assemble. Just lift it out of the box, unfold it, attach the handlebar, and away you go! There are 4 screws you need to use to attach the handlebar, but it's super simple and they even supply the tool you need to do it along with the screws of course. It took maybe an hour to charge it up to full from out of the box; there is a proprietary charger with a light that changes from red to green when the battery is fully charged.
The handlebar is the dashboard; there's a button that's a horn (it sounds more like a beep; it's not loud like a car horn), a button to switch between 3 modes (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and also to switch between trip mileage or total mileage, a central button that's the main power button, but is also to turn the front light off/on, and to alternate between single or dual motor mode. There's a screen on the handlebar that will show the different statuses: if the light is on/off, speed, distance traveled, battery level, riding mode, walking mode, dual motor mode. When you grip onto the handlebars, your left thumb goes on the brake and your right thumb goes on the throttle (like in a car, the brake on the left, the gas on the right).
Riding it is extremely fun. You just get it going, balance on it, and press the throttle ("gas") to control the speed, and press the brake when needed (there is a brake light on the rear fender). There is also a rear fender step brake, but it does not activate that brake light. Folding and unfolding it is also a breeze; there is a special hinge button that you press down to fold the handlebar up or down.
Overall the construction of this electric scooter is sturdy and feels premium. The handlebars have a good grippy surface and the surface where you stand also has a really good rubbery and grippy surface. The specifications state that there is a weight limit of around 100 kg or 220 pounds, the weight of the scooter itself is 12.9 kg or 28.5 pounds, and it says there is a total charge time of around 4-5 hours. The maximum speed is stated as 25 km/h or about 15 miles per hour. I've been riding around on it for the past few days and everyone I pass by in the neighborhood says, "That looks like fun!" To which I say, "It is!"

Okay, this is no longer the "cheep" toy, this is a quality mode of transportation.
This relatively light weight scooter, gets ups and moves. I personally am a little big for it (based on it's official guidelines), but didn't stop me from trying before I handed it over to my daughter.
I was able to get up and go, about 12mph... and scoot around the sub-division. and it was stable enough that I wasn't worried, but I could easily get the feel that I was a bit to big (6' 275lb).
My daughter and my niece, just had a blast. Scooting around, easy to start and go. just give it a little nudge, hit the lever... and you are off. After a few moments, they were able to shift through the different levels, and understand the top speeds.
Down/Up side (depends on how you want to look at it). It is silent. You can't hear anything come from it, barely even the rubber hitting the road. So the rider needs to be aware, that others around them may not hear them coming, and have to be pro-active.
Battery... we haven't even been able to get it to drop one 1/4 on the indicator, and that is after what felt like an hour of riding at a time (before taking it back in). Charging real easy, but still disappointed that it is a custom port, and not say a USB-C port.
Easy to carry, and lower the handle, and lock it down. Only nit pick there, is that I wish there was maybe an indicator or just a small indentation at the center of gravity on the handle so I knew were to grab.
Two nit picks as well: Assmbly. it doesn't take much, but does take a bit of planning. The wire in the handle bar, into the stem... you need to work and play with, so it doesn't pinch. it can easily get pinched, and possibly you can break it. just take some time.
You only have to do this ONE time, on initial unboxing, so it isn't something overly bad... just take some time.
The 2nd. The manual covers TWO different models. This one, and the larger one. And refers to a DUAL motor mode, which apparently this E350 doesn't have... at least I haven't been able to activate it.
Great scooter, great for someone in a small urban area or college campus.
