Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the build quality, lightweight design, and long battery life of the Model One E350 Ultralight Foldable Electric Scooter. Many appreciate its ease of folding and carrying. However, some customers noted that the scooter lacks suspension, which impacts the ride quality on rough surfaces, and that the horn could be improved. Concerns were also raised regarding the scooter's range not always meeting advertised expectations.

The Unagi - Model One E350 Foldable Electric Scooter w/15 mi Max Operating Range & 15.5 mph Max Speed - Grey brings the power to playtime or your local commute with this electric scooter. Boasting up to a 15-mile range and 15+ mph, this scooter has the power and range to get the job done. I found this electric scooter to be surprisingly powerful at 700w and lasts for several days between charges - assuming about 1-mile usage per day. I live in a rural area with hard-pack dirt roads and this scooter handles the ride without trouble while providing maximum output - 15mph! I am also approx 255lbs, and there is no issues with this product rolling me to the mailbox and back each day. Easy to assemble - easy to use - power to spare! PROS - Quality build and materials that can handle various conditions and weights - Quick charges that last - Powerful and the output is as described! - Easy to use controls - Easy to read display - LED headlight and taillight for safety CONS - I do not believe the battery will last 15-miles with my use (255lbs and dirt roads). I would imagine this would be conditional based on individual circumstances.

    Worst ride possible

Needed a commuting scooter for distances about a mile. For city riding, that includes inclines and bumpy roads. I didnt think much that it does not have shock aborbers — wow that makes a difference! Terrifying and terrible ride. Going up a grade? Easier to walk. Like people walking would be faster than riding this at “top speed.” Read great reviews and was fully disappointed. Not sure what environment this would be ridable.. maybe an indoor basketball court? Looks great, but unbearable to use.

Just received my Unagi Model One E350 scooter a few days ago and it couldn't have come at a better time, especially with Christmas right around the corner. This will make a perfect gift for the kiddos. Inside the box comes the scooter in two parts (the base and the handle bars), charger (and they also included an attachment for charging in other countries), screws to attach handle bars, screwdriver, and user documentation. Setup was easy and I was able to put it together in about 15 minutes. After setting it up, I plugged it in and let it fully charge. And this is where the fun begin. Powered it up by holding down the power button on the digital display and powered it on. On the left and right side of the handle bars you have a button on each side as well as a lever on each side. Once you get the hang of the controls, you'll a ready to burn some rubber. It's best to start off on level 1 and work your way up. The scooter also features a headlight and taillight that can be turned on if you're scooting after the sun has gone down. You can also press the button for the horn as well. On the dashboard you'll also know how much battery life you have left as well. We had so much fun testing this scooter outside and inside the house as well, running up and down the hallway. It's top speed is around 15mph with 15 miles max. We've mainly stayed in the driveway and the road in front of our house. I guarantee if you get this scooter, you will have lots of fun as well.

I was excited to try this but to my disappointment, when I tried to change the speed level the display is not changing. It still on "P". I start kick then trottle would run to 4, 6 8 mph but still not changing the display, still on "P".

worked for a few months then wouldn't turn on anymore. bestbuy return policy is terrible so you have to email manufacturer and coordinate return- if i knew what a hassle it would be i wouldn't have bought it from bestbuy or unagi.

Buy if you want to have sore feet, pain in ankles, and a scooter that sends the jolts from the cracks in the sidewalk all the way up to your head. it was fun, but made me not want to ride it. So we returned the 2 we bought. We got segways instead.

I was anxious for this to arrive because I thought that my granddaughter would love it. I was right, but everyone enjoys this. I am a 55 year old man and I was out riding this in 35 degree weather on Thanksgiving day. I didn’t want to put it away. This is a scooter for all ages and various levels of experience. It has three speed controls to enforce slower speeds, medium speeds and up to 15 MPH for faster thrill seekers. It ramps up fairly fast but it is smooth as it accelerates. My daughter lives in a smaller town in the mountains and she wanted to take it with her. This would be the perfect device for getting around town. My granddaughter loves it, but has to take it at the slower speeds until she becomes more experienced. My son and I like the faster speeds. It does great, but lags a slight bit going up hills. This is a scooter for everyone capable of keeping balance. It has hand paddles for acceleration and braking. The acceleration will not start with the controls unless the unit is moving, so it should never start going from a complete stop. I thought this was a great safety feature. Assembly was easy and it folds nicely with the handle coming down for storing it. It didn’t take long to charge and after a weekend of riding, I still have most of the charge remaining. This was a great family product and we will enjoy it for years to come.

Perfect for my commuting needs, lightweight, zippy, sleek. Really fun to ride. Small solid rubber wheel make ride a bit stiff, but makes other scooters feel like a tank versus a sports car. Easy to fold and carry on the Metro.

Great entry level scooter for smooth surfaces

Pros: the scooter looks great. It does its job as an escooter. Its super fun to ridewhere i use it, downtown metro. Cons: battery range is subpar, gets 15 miles on lowest setting of 9mph. I typically use my scooter at the second and third setting which go 12 mph anf 15 mph. At these settings, the battery range drops off significantly. Getting approx. 8 miles range before needing a full recharge. Also, the scooter needs some kind of suspension. Semi-rough surfacesbeat up this scooter and you feel the rough roadway. Lastly, i would recommend this scooter as entry level to use around a suburban neighborhood

I am a long time customer of BB, over 20yrs. Best Buy is the best place for shopping. I bought this Unagi Scooter online and picked up at Northgate Best Buy. The scooter looks very nice, sleek , portable , that must be good for city commute. Except bell sounds very small. Unbalancing, I had to return it due to the unstable. Best Buy made a refund smoothly. Thanks those.
