Excellect for Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to supplement my Bose AM 10 speakers. Adding it significantly improved the sound. The only negative is it seems to require a high signal level for the auto power-on to activate, but the level can be reduced once the power is on. I thought the issue might be the Rocketfish™ - Wireless Subwoofer Transmitter/Receiver Kit that I also bought, but the issue remained even when I hard wired it using a very high quality cable. I bought my first Velodyne 10" subwoofer in 2003, and even though it seems to be heavier and a little better quality than this 12" model, this subwoofer gave me the improved sound I wanted.
