This movie had me laughing from beginning to the very end. These senior citizens decide to come back the the basketball game, because Dax lost his street ball team to an old rival and he’s determined to put together a team to play against his rival’s team to win the cash prize. Dax sees Uncle Drew (Kyrie Irving) playing on the basketball court and talks him into getting a team together to play in the upcoming tournament. Uncle Drew contacts all his old homies, but he had old unresolved issues with his friend played by Shaquille O’Neal; who in the beginning resisted the idea of playing ball with Uncle Drew, but soon came around. In the end they all come together and go on to win the basketball game that most people thought they would lose, due to them being much older than the opposing team.

Honestly when I was in the theater and saw the trailer for this movie I thought to myself who in their right mind would see this? It look like a campy and somewhat stupid movie. I was so wrong very entertaining with a positive message also one of the funniest movies of the year. Do yourself a favor grab a few friends and watch this movie. As the matter of fact we bought this as a gift for everyone for Christmas.

I bought this because I’m a sucker for sports’ movies. I was expecting to be entertained on a flight back east, but didn’t know if I would actually enjoy it. I liked it enough to watch it a second time on my flight home. It’s fun. And if you’re a product of 90s basketball, it’s cool to see C Webb, Shaq, and Reggie.

I am not a big basketball fan, but it was cool seeing basketball players like Kyrie Irving and Shaquille O'Neal playing senior citizen basketball players preparing for one last game as a team. As usual, there is a little humor that goes over the kids' heads, but it was very enjoyable.

Uncle Drew is a character that was made for a Pepsi mini series on YouTube created by Kyrie Irving! And after it aired there was such high demand for something new to be made and we got this. Great supporting cast including Shaq, Nate Robinson, nick kroll all went very well together and made a great comedy!

Didn’t think I would like it, but the basketball players weren’t bad actors and the movie ended up being good. Did not regret buying it since I didn’t see it in the movies. If you are on the fence but like these types of movies you can chill with the family and watch without an issue.

I like this movie when it first came out in the movie theaters...the current basketball ball players portraiting old players was really fun to watch...shack was cool to watch but i like the character preacher...bug and tall but funny ... i really enjoyed the whole show from start to finish...

Movies like this are always good for the heart. Love to see the players get dressed up and play characters that are entertaining and funny. Story is good and whole presentation is enjoyable.

You don’t have to like sports to like this movie it had a lot of funny parts of very entertaining love seeing how the sport stars of the day will look when they’re older good movie

This is an underrated comedy. A lot of people haven’t talked too much about this, but if you watch it it has guaranteed laugh out loud potential. I really suggest watching this one.

It was interesting to see how well some of the former and current basketball players could act and be entertaining. We all know Shaq can act crazy and be funny but the whole cast was great.

Funny movie for the family to watch. My son is a huge Kyrie and basketball fan so we saw it in the theater and had to order a copy when it was released. Do yourself a favor and watch it.

This movie is hilarious. If you are a fan of the NBA this is a must see movie. There are many former and current NBA players in this movie. It is a fun time from start to finish.

Seniors rule! Do yourself a favor and watch the videos of Kyrie Irving bustin' moves and makin' buckets on neighborhood courts made up like Uncle Drew.

Good to see ballers who truly understand the art of playing ball! Great use of hidden messages were also noted throughout the film. Fun for the whole family.

Funny film. Honestly didn’t know if I’d like it but I do love the NBA. Kyrie Irving is... well he is uncle Drew. It was funnier than expected. Great case.

Enjoyed the story line and jokes were very family friendly. Casting was great, movement timely and back story helped to bring the movie forward.

My husband is a big basketball fan and was excited to see the movie in theaters. I figured he’d love the copy as well and was a great Christmas gift for him.
