This was a horrible experience. The installer did not connect the waterline correctly and it flooded my basement ceiling which I am having to drywall. I had to pay another plumber to come out and fix the line. I have called twice to report this as some form of reimbursement for this is expected. Both times I have waited on hold for over 65 minutes and never had anyone do anything but pass me on to the next person. I am in the middle of a new home build needing 15 new TV's. Best Buy has lost my business forever. There is no access for customer service.

The installer neglected to set up the drain, leaving water leaking all over our floor, causing damage. If we had not been home it could have been a disastrous situation. Really dissapointed customer.

I took off from work today for delivery and installation of our viking door. It was confirmed by email 2 days ago, phone call yesterday and multiple texts today. The door arrived at 10:30 am and i waited for the install team. At 12:30 I call best buy to see how far away they were, (7am to 12 install window), only to find out they canceled. Install maybe 1 to weeks.

Easily the worst in both service and product quality, it took 7 months to receive, leaked consistently despite 4 scheduled service attempts, and to this day, nearly a year later in December, the issue remains unresolved.

Service came out two separate times to install and the final time said they couldn’t install because the ice maker needed the pump kit installed and that we needed to schedule that with a difffernr type of installer.

After install, there’s no ice being made. The service techs never turned power on

The Geek Squad knows what they're doing and they do it very well. Highly recommended!!
