though dances with wolves comes in a close second wish he'd do another western but if he's going to leave on this one it's a good place to stop :) it's also one the last movies gene hackman and richard harris where in seams like this film was a lot lasts for some good actors

OK I didn’t know that didn’t get to have 100 year party cause that should be a big bash don’t have any friends left anymore so people that you do you know your friends from the hospital you’re probably the oldest one

One of my favorite films at an almost giveaway price. It's a no frills edition Blu Ray only (no DVD or Digital) but the transfer to Blu is gorgeous. This was one of those titles I've wanted to add to my collection and now I have. Thanks for the exceptional deal Best Buy!

this movie is a classic. great news is that warner provides a bluray with 4k remaster for those just trying to future proof for uhd. for those with uhd playback this movie looks better than the original bluray in every way, a must have for videophiles and casual fans

Terrific movie, maybe the best Western ever. Caveat...and not about the movie: 4KUHD is not a significant improvement over standard Blu-ray. In maybe 6 scenes in the movie the improvement was detectable, in the rest not-so-much. Still, all in all, a great movie.

Unforgiven is a great story, but the CGI was really terrible. Trying to make Clint Eastwood look 50 when he is actually 114 wasn't working for me. All the set colors looked dingy, dull, and dirrrty (Aguilera-style), especially when compared to Thor Ragnarok.

The film can get pretty intense at some moment which illustrate the brutality of the Wild West. I love the film grain which gives it a retro feel which is a good break from the films that has a heavy use of cgi today.

Ladies and gentlemen this is a deep western movie. This is my favorite western movie of all time. If u don't like this movie then westerns are not your thing. I can't find a flaw in this movie. I highly recommend it. Clint Eastwood is genius!!! And looks great on Blu-Ray!!!

One of my favorite movies ever and arguably the best western ever made gets the 4k treatment. The characters look great, but I thought the scenery in the background was a little soft though. I recommend it, but wait for a sale

This is the last and one of the best of Eastwood's Westerns! One of the few films deserving of it's acadamey awards.. few come to mind... Such as No country for old men. Looks great on 4k!!

The 4K restoration of this movie really does it justice, I thought the old blu-ray release was good but this just blows that one out of the water. Highly recommended!

"Unforgiven" on Blu-ray is one of those movies that occasionally goes on sale at Best Buy, and if you're a fan of the movie, you should take advantage of it. Even though the Blu-ray release is pretty standard with previously produced special features, the movie itself is worth it. The hi-res disc quality for this visually stunning, dark film is great even if it wasn't on sale.
