Chris Baker and Brian were excellent . They mounted my 55 inch Tv and connected my sound bar, Both services were done perfectly! Chris and Brian were very professional, courteous and got the job done efficiently and did not take much time. We have had Chris Baker for our last 3 in home services with Geek Squad and he has been excellent every time!

I have used Geek Squad for many years. They have never failed me in all required services. The Geek Squad has helped me setup my printers, installed extra large size tvs, trouble shooting, and much mor.

The agent who brought my first TV , the Google one was impatient and left the house before I know how to operate it. I returned the TV and had another one set up. This technician who uninstalled the TV was so different. he was patient and made sure I knew how to use the Roku before he left.

I had initially ordered another tv, only to find out it was not compatible with some of the other devices in my home. Best buy quickly and efficiently uninstalled the old tv and installed the new samsung.

The guys that came over were extremely nice, professional, and detail oriented. They were in and out quickly and did a wonderful job!!!

Cody and his partner, (Alex I believe) were outstanding. They were efficient, friendly, patient and thoroughly professional. The Sony product has excellent characteristics, and finally resolved the problems we experienced with our last two purchases.

Geek squad installed our TV with professionalism. Took the time to show us how to improve the picture by changing the factory setting from “dynamic” to “vivid” which made a remarkable difference! We get just wonderful picture!!

Ryne and his team were awesome. I can’t say they better my opinion of Best Buy on Charlotte Pike but they saved the experience by getting me the correct attachments I needed that the sales person was supposed to. They also accommodated my re-install. Thank you!

Very professional. The position the TV correctly so when I’m in bed, I see clearly the TV.

I was planning to install myself, but changed my mind when thinking about the size of the TV (65 inch screen). Geek Squad was fast, cleaned and took away the waste, were professional, very knowledgeable, and made sure everything (WiFi, streaming, cable, sound, wiring...) were functioning. We had the following installed: TV wall mount, in-wall cable concealer, sound bar, and the TV. It was well worth the money to have them install it.

It was definitely not a simple dismounting of each tv, the team worked hard and well to ensure that everything was done correctly and informed me at each step why they were doing what was being done. Additionally, they were thoughtful to suggest ways to inform the new home owner about specific reconnection details.

I have a TV cabinet that made it necessary to removed the TV from the wall bracket. I purchased a TV cabinet to set the TV on to make it all fit in the big cabinet. Looks very nice.

The agents uninstalled my mounted tv. They were great but the cost was ridiculous for the amount of work involved. Wasn’t covered by total tech. Kind of a rip off.

Sub contractors first delivered and hung mounting tv they brought was damaged had to be replaced geek squad arrived 2 weeks later had to rehang mounting due to the subcontractors installed it incorrectly the tv they brought was perfect they did a wonderful job quickly and efficiently very polite and knowledgeable

The new Geek Squad replaced the defective Samsung 65S95B oled tv with Sony’s Bravia XR 65A80K oled tv in a quick and efficient manner. Unlike the the 1st team, the Sony team answered all of our questions and instructed us on remote control use. The two technicians were professional and highly knowledgeable, including one who had installed a similar Sony Bravia XR at his home. Overall, the Geek Squad was very helpful and the Sony Bravia XR 65” A80K oled tv is far superior to the Samsung…showing movies with full range of the color spectrum in a bright and sharp screen. Highly recommend playing “Avatar” blu-ray dvd to appreciate the noticeable difference between Sony Bravia XR and Samsung oled tv.

Good customer service. Rep was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He had to make two visits due to he arrived at my home before the new TV which he was unaware of. He was very understanding and did a great job installing the TV. He made sure I understood how it works.

Was there at appointment time and was prompt in the installation. Technicians were polite and setup my parents new TV with even their other streaming accounts. At the end even gave number to reach them if any additional questions they had. Thanks Best Buy.
