Guy came over and lifted the TV off the wall like it weighed nothing and then carefully secured it in the backseat of my car for me. Also got the mounting material off the wall for me very quickly. Very nice and skilled guy.

Brooklyn and her team member were great. They handled my tv with care and were efficient with time. I appreciated their customer service and friendly personalities. I will probably use the service again to get it remounted at my new place.

The guys that came over were extremely nice, professional, and detail oriented. They were in and out quickly and did a wonderful job!!!

I have a TV cabinet that made it necessary to removed the TV from the wall bracket. I purchased a TV cabinet to set the TV on to make it all fit in the big cabinet. Looks very nice.

I was planning to install myself, but changed my mind when thinking about the size of the TV (65 inch screen). Geek Squad was fast, cleaned and took away the waste, were professional, very knowledgeable, and made sure everything (WiFi, streaming, cable, sound, wiring...) were functioning. We had the following installed: TV wall mount, in-wall cable concealer, sound bar, and the TV. It was well worth the money to have them install it.

The new Geek Squad replaced the defective Samsung 65S95B oled tv with Sony’s Bravia XR 65A80K oled tv in a quick and efficient manner. Unlike the the 1st team, the Sony team answered all of our questions and instructed us on remote control use. The two technicians were professional and highly knowledgeable, including one who had installed a similar Sony Bravia XR at his home. Overall, the Geek Squad was very helpful and the Sony Bravia XR 65” A80K oled tv is far superior to the Samsung…showing movies with full range of the color spectrum in a bright and sharp screen. Highly recommend playing “Avatar” blu-ray dvd to appreciate the noticeable difference between Sony Bravia XR and Samsung oled tv.

The agents uninstalled my mounted tv. They were great but the cost was ridiculous for the amount of work involved. Wasn’t covered by total tech. Kind of a rip off.

The two agents that were assigned to my mission provided amazing communication prior to my appointment about arrival time, they arrived on time, wore booties in my house, removed all trash and cardboard packaging, completely set up my tv and blu ray player, gave me in-depth diagrams for future video expansion and attempted to connect my phone to my tv (Samsung makes it possible for an App to interact with the android phones...my Apple did not work as an audio source for head phone use.) These guys are super hero’s in my book. I need a team behind me to help educate me, physically set up the product correctly, install and connect peripheral equipment properly and to watch out for manufacturer defects...be our eyes and ears. We don’t know the intricacies and technology like the Geek Squad agents. I need to trust that the Geek Squad Team is interested in my overall satisfaction and looking out for my investments made at Best Buy. I utilize the Geek Squad whenever I make computer or audiovisual purchases and so far after nearly 15 years, I am still grateful for the service and enjoying my technology to the best of my ability. the crew that serviced me uninstalled my 70"insignia fire tv and packed everything back up neatly to prepare for the install at my new house. the guys were grrrrrreat!

I have used Geek Squad for many years. They have never failed me in all required services. The Geek Squad has helped me setup my printers, installed extra large size tvs, trouble shooting, and much mor.

After several efforts to correct performance issues with my Samsung TV Best Buy provided a new TV-same model, and removed the broken unit, I would say that the service follow-through, while testing my patience a bit, worked in the end. This made the modest investment in the service contract worth it....for a change.

The agents removed my old TV. Installed a new one. Excellent people. Very informative. Very pleasant.

The agent who brought my first TV , the Google one was impatient and left the house before I know how to operate it. I returned the TV and had another one set up. This technician who uninstalled the TV was so different. he was patient and made sure I knew how to use the Roku before he left.

We were moving so I paid to have our large screen TV uninstalled. In the store I was told that the Geek Squad guys would disconnect everything (all associated electronics)--which they did--and put the TV back into its original box. We had recently bought that large screen TV and (knowing that we were going to be moving soon) had saved the box and packing materials. The salespeople (more than one) had all said that the uninstall would include the TV being put back into the box. The guys doing the uninstall said that they take everything apart but don't pack anything up--that the movers would have to do that. After I repeatedly told them that I had specifically asked about that while I was in the store and had repeatedly been assured that it would be done as part of the uninstall--and described the employees who told me--they relented and packaged the TV into its box. However, they kept saying that wasn't part of what they were supposed to do. So if anyone is thinking of paying for an uninstall--know that they might not box it up for you even if you have the original box and packing materials.

The agents are very good at what they do,very careful

The agents mounted our tv and made sure everything was plugged in and worked right before they left. They also helped with disconnecting the smaller tv which was no longer needed in the same room.

I had read the reviews of this service, before proceeding with my appointment. The negative reviews had me concerned, but the tv was too big to fit in any of my vehicles. I have to say the guys who worked in my home were wonderful. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, asked for me to walk them through where the tv would go, in relation to the entrance to the house they wanted to use, but before coming into the house, they put protective booties on, to prevent damage to my wide-plank pine flooring. The guys took every precaution to prevent damage to anything in my home, or to the new television they were installing. I already had a mount on the wall, from a previous tv, so the install was a simple process of attaching the bracket, and hanging the tv on the wall mount. After this process, they asked if I'd like any devices setup to work with the television, I did not, as I wanted to do this step myself, but they turned the set on, to ensure it worked before leaving. Overall, this was a great experience, and any hesitations or worries I had before the appointment were unfounded. I would recommend this service to those interested.
