Customers frequently mention the 200-Device Universal Remote's compatibility with a wide range of home entertainment devices as a significant advantage. However, they also cite challenges with the remote's ease of use and setup process, finding it difficult to operate and requiring technical expertise for proper configuration. Some users reported needing professional assistance to program the device. Overall, the product's broad compatibility is praised, but its usability is a major point of concern.

Hard to figure out. Set up was a geek squad nightmare. Lag time between TV and apps. I've had it for about 6 years and now the battery won't stay charged and finding a replacement is impossible. Even Best Buy doesn't stock it.

I loved my old universal remote so without hesitation I ordered a new one when I lost the old one. Bad idea. It is not the same. I feel like it took a step back in time instead of moving up. It's noisy too. I'm currently looking for a way to get it to shut up!

With all the remotes out there, including Caavo, this one feels antiquated. It doesn't recognize all devices (Apple TV) and you can't program it yourself. Best Buy will charge you $99 for a tech to come out. So if you add a component, you need to schedule a tech visit. Customer service is also poor. This one also stopped working for some reason, and I'm left with a very expensive paperweight.

Bought the refurbished Elite along with a new Sony TV, surround sound and a Blu-Ray player, I couldn't program it and called a TV installer who couldn't get it done. I returned it and the replacement was no better, I found a TV repairman in Indy and he tried for over an hour and said that it was broken.
I searched the net and found a Logitech site that said once a remote is deemed inoperable, it can never be repaired.
I got my money back without a problem, but need a solution to
replace 6 remotes with one.
