Q: How do you correct the time on the remote? Can it only be done with a factory download involving an agent?

A: Try pressing the MAIN and ENT (below the 9 key) buttons together simultaneously to access the system menu. There should be an option in there for date/time. However, be careful in there, if you select the wrong options you can reset the remote unintentionally.
