Fun Machine, best drone for beginners!

Special note on a build quality, in our test runs it did bump on strong surfaces 3-4 time and didn’t have a major breakage, the rotating camera is a plus and does the justice to the pictures and videos it captures. All in one it is a satisfactory product. I will recommend to all of my friends.

Planning to recalibrate and give it another whirl soon though. Just was not the most responsive experience. I wasn’t expecting the control quality of my DJI Air 2S, but wanted some more economical that I could let friends who are new to drones mess around with. Hopefully with a better calibration (which had its own issues), I’ll have a better experience.

Not worth the money

The flight time. On a fully charged battery, you MIGHT get 13 minutes of run time. 2). There's no way to get an additional battery. I contacted customer support and they say that they don't sell spare batteries. The only way to get another battery is to have a defective original battery.

This drone is very easy to handle for a first-time flyer. seems to handle mild crashes well without breaking a blade. Do wish it had a emergency stop button so before its own kicks in when the blades be bound up in a crash. The batteries seem to last 10 minutes.

No offers to purchase extra batteries and heavy research found only 1 company located in China. This unit should not have been offered up for sale with no back up. I would recommend Amazon for better deals and other manufactures.

Actually lasted about 2+ minutes in the air before is came down. Software for camera on IOS would not work. No customer support available.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience brought to you. Regarding the battery issue, would you please try to charge the battery for more than 2 hours by the following tips and connect the drone with the phone to check whether the battery is fully charged?
1. Make sure that you are using the 5V/2A adapter. It's not recommended charging the batteries by USB port of the computer. (The power of the USB port of the computer is too low to charge).
2. Please kindly change another original USB charge cable to have a try.
3. Please check the battery terminals/connections, verify the charger for damage or loose connectors.
