For your concern, after finishing the compass calibration and gyro calibration, put the drone on a flat surface and go to Snaptain Nova App to check the GPS Signal, then wait for minutes. When the GPS signal shows 3 bars or more and the LEDs on the head of the drone turn solid on, the drone has found enough GPS satellites and is ready for taking off.
To better help you, could you please confirm if there are a lot of obstacles or other signal interference around your place?
Because this could result in a weak GPS signal and signal disconnection. Also, would you please try to fly the drone outdoors and in a non-interference environment, such as outside without high-voltage cables or electronic equipment to see if it works properly? Or please try flying a drone in a park or other open space where there are few people or houses.

The battery says will last up to 20 min but only lasts 5 minutes on full charge if you can get battery to charge. I charged battery for 24 hours and never got a full battery only 22%

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience brought to you. Regarding the battery issue, would you please try to charge the battery for more than 2 hours by the following tips and connect the drone with the phone to check whether the battery is fully charged?
1. Make sure that you are using the 5V/2A adapter. It's not recommended charging the batteries by USB port of the computer. (The power of the USB port of the computer is too low to charge).
2. Please kindly change another original USB charge cable to have a try.
3. Please check the battery terminals/connections, verify the charger for damage or loose connectors.

Good performance and good value for the price. It has headless mode where I can fly the drone without worrying about what direction it is facing, especially when it is far away. It has three speed mode, where I can choose low speed and switch the speed while the drone is flying. Perfect drone for beginners, like me. I like the fact that it arrived with replacement blades and guards. It's easy to control and the return to home and follow me functions work great and the picture quality is much better than I expected. The flight time is around 15 minutes which is about correct that indicates in the menu. Overall this is a great toy for beginners! one more thing, don't fly it when it is windy outside!
