Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an inexpensive LG Optimus prior to this and thought this phone would be an upgrade. The reception is lowsy, the volume cuts in and out during calls, I sometimes receive texts hours after they were sent, it requires me to push more buttons for basic tasks like calling and texting than my previous phone, which I hate, etc. The only thing better about this phone is the camera. If it weren't such a pain to send things back and purchase new items during the Covid era I would send it back but it is such a pain I am grudgingly keeping it but would not recommend it to anyone else.

It's a beauty for a smartphone

I love the camera feature the most, I really have no use for the internet. I have that on my laptop. I would recommend this device for someone that's getting into smartphone technology.
