Does what i need it to do.and the service was great

I primarily bought this model because it has the ability to make calls using wifi as i have no cell service, where i live and the j3 which also has the same ability seemed to be lacking . This phone responds quickly there is no lag it has a very large screen so they call it a phablet, it autoatically changes to wifi when i get to wifi service.has a nice selection of preinstalled apps, easy to use and find the buttons. the sound on calls is a little tinney sounding and speakers are not real loud but for the price i find this is an excellent phone . i recommend it .

I had the galaxy J1 before this and had major problems with it freezing up and not enough storage. This phone is such a relief! I've had no issues with it at all so far and I've got plenty of storage.

I have upgraded from an HTC smartphone to a Samsung Galaxy J7. I am not a huge cell phone user, but the faster speed and more storage space is definitely nice.

Okay for a starter smartphone, however, if you are an avid apps user, the phone will quickly begin to slow and freeze up even with additional memory from an SD card. Other than that it's a cool phone for the cost!

Satisfied with product and happy about price ,but the competence of the employees while picking it up was undesirable.

This phone has pretty good sound quality, takes good pictures and has good reception. Sometimes finding all those features combined can be a daunting task.

J7 has all the bells and whistles that I need! No matter how Samsung trims things down, they don't compromise on camera, picture or sound.

this prepaid samsung phone was the perfect gift for my 11 year old daughter. she loves to make musically=ies and taken lots of selfies lol great price and the quality is fantastic

Gives you all the benefits of a higher end phone without the price tag. Nice phone.

As my first real Cell phone, this works just fine. Very nice item. It may be missing some high end functions, but it will probably take some time before I feel the need for more.

As a former Apple products only type of guy, I was really surprised at how well rounded this phone is. I really only miss having NFC and fingerprint scanner.

This phone is everything it is promised to be. Aps run smooth with plenty of memory for them. Signal is always strong and calls are clear. For the price this phone is a bargain.

Easy to operate does all I need it to I use to have a j1 this new j7 is much more capable. I was satisfied with both of them but the j7 is much nicer. I'm satisfied.

My teen loves everything about it. It was the closest we could find in stock to a Note 5. My teen wanted a phone with a big screen to play his games. Excellent phone!

I didn't think I would like it but after going through 3 of the J1 breaking on me I thought I'd give it a try. Super easy to activate and use. I like the larger screen too.

Already dropped it face down without screen protector...passed the test. Better phone then J3...more storage from 8 to 16 Gs.

MY new phone takes great pictures and plan on using it at my niece's wedding in sept,it's everything I wanted in a smartphone.the j7 galaxy.

I originally came in for the iPhone 6 but I realized this was the better buy. I've had it 2 weeks and I love it! Oh and the camera works awesome too!
