Upgrade to Smartphone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well I finally had made up my mine to upgrade from a text phone to Smartphone, LOL Major decision and Best Buy came through. I checked several carriers but I stayed with Verizon. Best Buy gave me the best deal and after careful consideration I elected to go with the prepaid plan. It fit my budget and it isn't that much more than my previous plan. My Salesman went above and beyond and was very understandable to my needs. I recommend Best Buy for your future Smartphone purchases.

Okay phone.

After a few months it slows way down, obviously from loading apps and other items. We bought 2 and the second one had some issues with dropping calls, and the ear piece not working half the time. Bought a 3rd to keep as a backup and use while the other one is being repaired right now. May or may not recommend. on the fence.
