Setting it up was easy, though it takes patience and time. So far it's been working fine. Battery usage seems a little high but I've been on it constantly all day. An AT&T rep verified it's a great phone for the price. I'm happy with my purchase so far.

I really love getting driving directions on the phone and having it give me turn b turn instructions. the only thing I don't like about it is the screen protector gets scratched up so I gues I just need to get a stronger one like I had on my last Samsung phone

Switched carriers, therefore switch phones. New J7 has upgraded features that were well conceived. Outstanding value along with the reliability and Samsung quality make the J7 a "no-brainer".

The Samsung Galaxy J7, (2017), superseded my expectations & the great price was a bonus!!! I always & only purchase from Best Buy, as they are more than a highly reputable company. They are emphatically customer satisfaction oriented, as well.
